The Motivate Project is run by the Academic Coordinator, Jenny Gage, and the Technical Coordinator, Adrian Cullum-Hanshaw.  Jenny is responsible for the running of the Project, the programme, booking enrichment days and sessions, the content of the VCs and accompanying resources, contact with teachers, and the website.  Adrian is responsible for the technical side of the VCs, contact with technicians and ICT network managers, advising schools new to VC or having difficulties, and providing DVDs of the VCs to participants.
