We'd like to be part of a Motivate long project!

Would you like your school to be part of a year-long videoconferencing project? If so, use the online form below to apply for a place. We cannot guarantee a place on any of these, since we need clusters of 4 schools in order to put on a long project. If we have fewer than 4 schools applying for a particular project, we will try to allocate them places on other long projects in which they have expressed an interest. For this reason, it is important that:

  • you only select projects on which you would be willing to accept a place
  • you realise that you may not get your first choice, although we will do our best to ensure everyone gets this if at all possible

To request a place, you need to:

  1. Submit our online registration form (below) .
  2. Send a hard copy of our Agreement signed by the Head or a Deputy Head to Julia Hawkins, Deputy Director MMP, CMS, Wilberforce Road, Cambridge, CB3 0WA, or fax to Julia Hawkins, 01223 765900.
  3. Arrange and complete a satisfactory VC test with Adrian Cullum-Hanshaw (01223 764278 or 0774 703 5984) if this has not already been done by your school.

We cannot process any application until all three of these has been completed. It is particularly important that the Agreement is returned to us quickly, and that a VC test is done where necessary.

As soon as we have 4 schools registered for a Long Project, we will return a signed copy of the Agreement to you thereby confirming that the Long Project will go ahead.
