Cost of a Motivate conference
Motivate cancellation policy

To join in one of the conferences on our programme, please submit the online registration form below. To book a maths day or other session for just your school or group of schools, contact Jenny Gage.

Notes:

  1. Please do not submit this form unless you are sure you can accept a place if it is offered to you. If we offer you a place, and you do not subsequently let us know you cannot participate, our cancellation policy will come into operation 3 weeks before the start of the conference. If you find you are unable to take part in a conference you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give your place to another school.
  2. If you need to get approval to participate in a conference, please do this before submitting this form. You can check if a place is available on a conference in which you are interested by following the link to that conference from Conference Programme, and then following the link to Participating Schools and Waiting List.
  3. If your form has submitted correctly with a valid email address, you will see a webpage giving a summary of your booking and you will also receive a confirmatory email almost immediately. If you do not see the summary or receive the email, please resubmit the form. You will also receive a reply from a real person within one working day.
  4. We allocate places on a first-come basis, providing you are able to connect with us via VC. If you haven't participated in a VC with us before, contact Adrian Cullum-Hanshaw (01223 764106 or 0774 703 5984) to discuss technical issues. We won't give you a place if you don't do this.
